LinkedInOskar Greda launched his career in people operations and organisational leadership, building expertise across human resources, recruitment, and operational management. After spending two years in the education sector, he transitioned into AI and blockchain consultancy, where he progressed through senior HR and leadership roles — including Head of HR and, most recently, two years as Director and Chief Operations Officer. Oskar specialises in developing company-wide HR strategies, scaling teams, and driving sustainable organisational growth. He is also Founder and CEO of HumanMetrix, where he focuses on building data-driven, scalable people and performance solutions. He studied Human Resource Management at Leeds Business School, combining strong commercial insight with a people-first approach to leadership and growth.

LinkedInDaena McClintock began his career on Wall Street, gaining two years of experience in trading, equity research, and wealth management before transitioning into the tech industry. He has since spent three years as a software engineer at startups across the United States and Europe, specialising in high-performance web and mobile applications. His technical expertise spans Blockchain and AI and Machine Learning, allowing him to build sophisticated, data-driven solutions for the modern web. Daena holds degrees in Finance, Economics, and Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst honors college, where he graduated Cum Laude.

Head of Sales at Optima
LinkedInDavid Aregbesola is a results-driven sales leader who scales markets, teams, and revenue across the UK and Europe. He has built his career leading commercial growth for technology and SaaS businesses — most recently as Head of Sales for the UK and Northern Europe at Optimatics, where he owned new business, partnerships, and commercial strategy across the water and utilities sector. Earlier in his career he served as European Sales Lead at Arcadis Gen and held commercial roles at Ovarro, AMT-SYBEX (Capita Software), and across infrastructure and asset management. Along the way he has delivered more than £12M in SaaS revenue as a country manager, pairing sharp stakeholder management with a relentless focus on relationship building and growth. David holds an MSc in Advanced Water Management from Cranfield University and a BSc in Civil Engineering, giving him a rare blend of technical depth and commercial instinct. At Optima he leads sales, turning client relationships into long-term partnerships and measurable revenue.

Founder and Director, FlyMeHigh
Sean McArthur brings more than two decades of cross-border finance leadership to Optima, with a career spanning chartered accountancy, FP&A, commercial finance and hands-on company turnarounds. He began his career in New Zealand as an Analyst at Deloitte before moving into SME advisory as a Senior Accountant at Spencers Chartered Accountants — work that grounded his deal instincts in the realities of owner-operated businesses. In London he has held senior commercial roles at Sky and eBay for Business, where as FP&A Business Partner he owned the UK marketing P&L, forecasting and ROI analysis, and at the NHS Foundation Trust as Finance Manager. Earlier in his career he was Commercial Manager at Carter Holt Harvey Woodproducts and went on to lead two operating businesses in the trenches: as Interim GM and CFO of Maketu Pies, where he led a successful turnaround out of receivership, and as CFO of W Gartshore Limited, where he ran finance, IT, administration and marketing. Today he is Director of FlyMeHigh, his own performance marketing company, where he leads full-funnel campaigns — across paid, social, SEO and content — that turn marketing spend into measurable revenue, pairing hands-on marketing execution with the commercial finance discipline that has defined his career. Sean also partners with founders on valuation, deal structuring and post-merger value creation, bringing the rare combination of operator empathy and institutional rigour.

Riccardo Mazzon is a PhD-qualified technologist, AI expert and seasoned business operations leader with over 15 years of experience spanning academic research, high-tech software development, and commercial growth. He combines deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning with a proven track record of scaling businesses from zero to meaningful revenue, having held roles across R&D, operations, sales, and C-suite advisory. Riccardo has architected AI-powered platforms supporting 800+ clients across 15,000+ logged sessions for a fast-growing edutech business, served as the embedded AI expert for a fintech wealth management firm selecting machine learning models for portfolio optimisation, and built a high-tech software business from the ground up using AI as a strategic lever throughout. He spent over a decade at the forefront of applied machine learning research — covering computer vision, privacy-preserving ML, and the assessment of vulnerabilities in deep neural networks — with peer-reviewed publications and oversight of international AI and sensing programmes totalling more than £3M. As Optima's AI Advisor, Riccardo provides structured, evidence-based AI assessments of businesses listed on the platform — evaluating the maturity, commercial viability, and strategic potential of their AI capabilities so buyers can distinguish AI that genuinely drives revenue from AI that is merely cosmetic.
